1Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By creating an account, taking our diagnostic assessment, purchasing a course, or interacting with our embedded AI agents, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

2Account Registration & Security

• You agree to provide accurate and current email information during registration.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.
• Account credentials may not be shared, pooled, or transferred between multiple individuals.

3Course Purchases & Access Entitlement

AI FearFilter offers structured, industry-aligned AI upskilling courses:

• Pricing: Course prices are clearly displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) prior to checkout. Standard single courses are priced starting at ₹499 (inclusive of applicable taxes where applicable) unless specified otherwise.
• License: Upon verified payment confirmation through our payment gateway, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial educational access to the course content.
• Certification: Upon achieving the required passing threshold across all module quizzes and lesson requirements, a verifiable digital Certificate of Completion is issued to your account.

4AI Agents & Course-Based Entitlement

AI FearFilter provides specialized pedagogical AI coaching agents embedded directly within matching courses:

• Entitlement Rule: AI Agents are course-entitled educational features, NOT standalone products. Access to an AI Agent is strictly granted based on active, verified enrollment in its mapped course.
• Educational Assistant Disclaimer: AI Agents are automated machine learning educational tools designed to facilitate learning. Outputs may occasionally contain factual errors, nuances, or hallucinations. You agree to independently verify critical information before applying it in business, financial, legal, or health scenarios.
• No Professional Advice: AI Agent responses do NOT constitute professional legal, tax, medical, accounting, or financial advice.

5Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited actions:

• Attempting prompt-injection attacks, jailbreaks, or system override commands against AI coaching agents.
• Scraping, downloading, reproducing, or redistributing proprietary course videos, lessons, quizzes, or text materials.
• Interfering with server performance, reverse-engineering API endpoints, or bypassing rate limits and security controls.
• Impersonating another learner or attempting unauthorized access to another user's account, payments, or learning records.

7Intellectual Property Rights

All course syllabi, lessons, interactive quizzes, diagnostic scoring algorithms, visual logos, software code, and educational content on AI FearFilter are the exclusive intellectual property of AI FearFilter and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not sell, sublicense, or distribute any platform content without our express written permission.

8Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI FearFilter and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including any reliance placed on AI coaching outputs. Our total aggregate liability for all claims related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific course in dispute during the preceding six (6) months.

9Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in India.
